Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME

  • Order processing: Orders are processed every hour from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm on the website (working day) are dispatched the same day.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Tracking number: If a tracking number is provided by the carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that the tracking number may take some time to activate.

  • Important Note : Delivery times are provided by our delivery service providers. Baron Wild is not responsible for delivery delays.

PENDING ORDERS

  • Managing pending items: If an item is on hold, the available part of your order will be shipped first. The backordered item will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available, at no additional shipping cost.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • We would like to inform you that at Baron Wild, we attach great importance to transparency and customer satisfaction. That is why we wish to specify you that all the shipping costs of your orders are carefully calculated at the time of the payment. 
    Please note that these costs vary according to two essential criteria: the weight of your parcel and the location of your delivery address. This method allows us to offer you a fair price that is adapted to each order, guaranteeing a smooth and personalised shopping experience.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Address verification: It is crucial that each customer verifies and ensures the accuracy of the delivery address. We are not responsible for any errors in the delivery address provided by the customer.

ORDER DELIVERED

  • Liability after delivery: Once the order has been delivered or marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost packages. Customers must ensure that their letterbox is secure. We cannot accept claims for items marked as delivered by the postal services.

FOREIGN SHIPPING

  • Additional charges: Shipments outside the Euro zone may incur additional charges to be borne by the purchaser.

RETURN COSTS

  • In the event of a return: If a parcel is returned due to refusal or no claim, the following costs will be deducted from the refund: 
    • Initial delivery costs
    • Return costs identical to delivery costs
    • Reception and management costs for the return (€5 per order)
    • Refunds in the event of a free delivery offer: If delivery was offered as part of a promotion, the normal delivery rates will be deducted from the refund.

  • Express Service: Same-day preparation and dispatch with delivery within 24 to 48 hours.
